Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions
- Develop and maintain cash flow models and waterfalls for real estate investments
- Perform financial due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and other financial data
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investors
