Job Description
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to the assignment and individual needs of the patient; assess health-related needs on biological data, patient history, and other existing data; provide age-appropriate care for infants through geriatrics; applies nursing process, incorporates evidence-based care, communicates assessments/finding, develops plan of care, initiates nursing interventions, and evaluates effectiveness; provides patient and caregiver education.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current registered nurse licensure in the state of Ohio; Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare provider certification; minimum of one year of experience working as RN in an ambulatory setting; experience working with Epic electronic medical records system.
CNA Certification Covid vaccine card Driving License
