Job Description

This is a remote position.

US Candidates ONLY


The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

.

Generate new business through inbound leads provided

.

Develop and execute strategies in line with company goals

.

Stay up to date on industry trends and market development

.

Meet monthly sales targets

.

Complete daily follow-up with all leads that may include but are not limited to phone calls, email, text, chat, et

.

Provide exceptional service to all leads and clients

.

Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support

.

Provide regular updates/reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform company strategy and decision-making

.

Attend all remote company meetings remotely via Zoom



Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience or business development
  • Highly self-motivated, personable, aggressive, energetic, and creative
  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their business goals

.

Customer service experience and strong conflict management experience

  • Prior Experience in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium businesses
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

.

Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format

.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

.

Ability to work independently in remote environment

.

Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly

.

Excellent communication skills

.

Analytical and Multi-tasking skills

  • Technologically savvy; comfortable with cloud-based solutions and able to apply technology to help a small business grow
  • Self-source mentality with a drive to identify and close on opportunities.
