Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or another advanced degree may be preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales management or leadership, with at least 1-3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, and experience developing and implementing sales strategies
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals and driving results through others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and developing others
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales technology tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and meet with customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet aggressive sales
