Job Description
Proven Experience in dealing with construction contracts, including high-rise buildings, leisure centers, healthcare facilities, government buildings, industrial facilities, etc.
Familiarization with FIDIC contract Conditions and able to interpret FIDIC Rules and regulations.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of tender drawings, procedures, and scope of work.
Good command of the English language.
Certification in Commercial Contracts Managers (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contract Managers (FCM is advantageous)
