Electrical Supervisor Construction and Equipment

Project Supervision: Monitor and supervise electrical installations in construction and fit-out projects.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.
Team Coordination: Provide leadership and coordination of electrical teams on site, ensuring efficient workflow.
Provide technical guidance to ensure successful completion of projects.
Quality Assurance: Carry out inspections to ensure the quality and safety of electrical work.
Implement and enforce best practices in electrical installations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including drawings and specifications.
Prepare reports on project progress and any problems encountered.
Technical Expertise: Put practical experience and technical knowledge into problem solving and analysis.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to achieve integrated project delivery.
Required profile of candidates
Qualifications:

Degree in electrical engineering.
4-8 years of work experience in the construction and fit-out industry in the UAE/Gulf.
Proven track record of successfully supervising electrical installations.
Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
