Job Description

We re hiring an Emirati Bid Coordinator on behalf of a European private international, integrated consultancy of engineers, designers and advisers based in SZR. This role will be part of our Regional Business Development Division.



Responsibilities

  • Collate submission documents ensuring accuracy of input, proofreading and spell checking

  • Communicate and coordinate graphic requirements with the Visual Communication team

  • Assist in the design and production of material relating to the client presentation stage of the bid process.

  • Ensure external documentation is compliant with the brand guidelines and bid templates available

  • Ensure the progress of all bids is accurately recorded on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Capture and share model answers and refined project descriptions

  • Review input to bids from technical teams against bid criteria, highlighting any potential gaps in information, and ensuring we have understood the client s requirements and developed a tailored and focused response

  • Ensure that all submissions are well written, compliant with what the client has asked for, and are in line with agreed themes and the Company s brand and corporate message.

  • Collate, share and disseminate best practice and lessons learnt from bid feedback.

  • Well help you meet your goals, respecting your ideas and fostering your creativity, collaboration and innovation.




Requirements

  • Previous marketing and bid coordination experience

  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills

  • Ability to successfully support a high visibility, quick paced, diverse workload

  • Previous experience of coordinating and managing to tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Confident and proactive with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations

  • Excellent computer and IT skills including Adobe Design Standard (InDesign specifically), Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of using spreadsheets and databases

  • Desirable skills: Previous experience within an architectural practice, construction or engineering industries would be an advantage
