Looking for a highly competent Facilities Manager to manage our Facilities Management Projects in Northern Emirates.
Scope of work
To ensure the facilities management contract is delivered and that service provision KPIs are all attained.
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff.
To manage procurement and logistics.
To manage all the MEP & Civil building maintenance request.
Provide service delivery to end users.
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with reputed FM companies in UAE.
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) / Facility Management Professional (FMP) / Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification will be an added advantage
