Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to 12000 AED

Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 6 or more years of related experience.

• Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost Accounting Standards.

• Ability to research, compiles, analyze and interpret data.

• Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented

• 3PL Company background preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO s attention

• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team

• Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

• Conduct regular ledger maintenance
