• Lead growth in all Careem verticals by closing strategic deals and support team to achieve their sales targets
• Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and co-ordinated approach in the region.
• Able to identify current and future gaps in the Careem product, finding synergies that would increase the commercial viability of the Careem service, and/or improve the relevance of new business opportunities.
• Prioritising requests and effectively briefing and tracking delivery of new feature rollout.
• Set market targets and approve individual team targets.
• Uses data and results from previous campaigns/client history in order to predict potential performance of a campaign and make informed decisions, independently.
• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions about the team's portfolio, as well as own accounts, without having all the facts or the total picture.
• Ensuring team hit team targets aligned with company and team strategy
