• Implement tools and create reports to track progress and evaluate results, analyse efficiencies, and modify strategies based on results as needed.
• Lead and motivate a target-driven sales teams
• Design and implement industry-focused, seasonal, and other types of promotional offers in alignment with the business strategy and e-commerce calendar.
• Regularly translate data-driven test results into actionable sales tactics, aligning the tests to the overall strategies and goals.
• Evaluate future opportunities and apply learnings from consumer trends as well as emerging technologies and digital tools.
• Proactively identify opportunities for the improvement of sales and sales management methodologies.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry and regularly perform competitor analysis and benchmarking and take all necessary measures to sustain a leading position.
• Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support product selection and identify and resolve gaps.
• Identify and report customer, product, and site issues and work with the cross functional teams on effectively and timely resolving any and all issues and implementing preventive solutions.
