• Support design thinking on topics such as operating model design (incl. supporting remote first strategy), talent and performance management design and feedback culture, values and "operating system" principles refresh
• Lead 1 cross-functional team to drive Careem's organisational change and oversee initiative implementation and communication
• Work with mid to senior executives to embed cultural transformations in their teams
• Problem-solve with others to conceptualize prototypes which can be tested, iterated on and eventually released to the organization
• Find creative ways to involve colleagues at varying levels of seniority
• Coordinate and conduct user / colleague research ranging from quantitative and qualitative (e.g. interview, focus groups) analyses
