Help client management develop and implement a turnaround plan to maintain
stakeholder support
Take on a “hands-on” role to manage stakeholders and drive change
Provide robust management and monitoring of change programmes
Assist in the preparation of presentations and/or reports for key stakeholders
Take responsibility for overseeing junior members of the team when required
