Job Description
• Worked with Clients and independent Inspectors.
• Interacted with people worldwide for scheduling inspections.
• Improved quality of inspection reports by successfully analyzing company processes and developing procedures, forms, and inspection instructions.
• Initiated and maintained thirteen tracking reports in Excel to monitor the progress of various projects tailored to the clients needs to improve traceability.
• Worked off-site utilizing their various computer programs for updating statuses to help them meet deadlines.
• Initiated Excel reports, updated weekly, to track over 186 project budgets, and report due dates for over 1,000 orders.
• Approved ends transportation safety.
