Senior Commissioning Tech

Responsibilities
• To read, understand and implement the Company’s Health Safety Environmental and Quality Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Management System.
• To read and understand and adhere to all procedures and work instructions pertaining to the role.
• Provide general coordination of arranging various vendor representatives.
• Coordinate with Pre-commissioning / Commissioning Function on proposed vendor scope of work.
• Monitor vendor activities to ensure planned scope of work is completed as per individual contract.
• Ultimately responsible for mobilization and demobilization of vendors as required for all project activities.
• Initiates and implements vendor procedures ensuring copied into project document library.
• Tracking the technical and survey certification status of vendor-equipment for assigned projects.
• Track progress of Commissioning vendors from pre-arrival to departure including visa and travel requirements.
• Formulation of plans based on vendors recommended inspection and test plan, establishing guidelines as to number and duration of visits.
• Receive and distribute all vendor reports.
• Ensure that vendor planning aligns with project commissioning schedule deliverables.
• Track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
• Troubleshoot vendor issues and present to management as required.
• Facilitate closure of outstanding vendor clarifications.
• To assist the Project HUC team with efficient & effective project delivery.
