- Development and Proposal of Sales Plan and Total Industry (Market) plan for quarterly budgets (3+9, 6+6, 9+3), Annual budgets and AFM 3/5year plan, TMC sales plan to achieve yearly budgeted Objective
- Develop and Propose optimum monthly targets factoring business plan and discuss with channel heads and management to ultimately achieve annual budgeted objective
- Build framework for integration of production restriction, product strategy, marketing and campaign activities, and order guidelines into the sales plan to focus on model wise sales achievement
- Prepare regular presentation analysing the market and sales situation and present it to management, TMC visitors and other AFM visitors periodically
- Prepare monthly sales plan Variance with TMC meeting by coordinating with other functions and analysing and reviewing sales/Market/Marketing campaign/Disc reports
- Prepare and Analyse for monthly market review analysing competition’s market share movement and present to management and key functions and ensure action plan is built on concern areas
- Prepare for stock management meeting to improve health of stocks and ensure action plan on all aged stocks from different stakeholders + Provision Forecasting
