• Drive new sales and execution of marketing activities
• Proactive Business Development / Customer relationship Manager for a number of key clients, cross-selling through partners and associates
• Prepare partners and lawyers for effective client relationships and BD meetings. Ensure partners are prepared for these meetings and supported to deliver high-level client service
• Provision of tailored client briefing notes and client relationship summaries with suggested BD messaging with targeted agendas aligned with key goals
• Work with Associates, lawyers and legal team to develop plans aligned with the firm and act as point person and account manager for clients of the firm ensuring all and matters and feedback is captured, shared and acted on
