Managing multiple branches and leading the Front Desk team o Ensuring that the Front Desk team is well-versed with current school policies, promotions to promote and upsell all products to meet the sales target and KPI o Ensuring quality product knowledge is provided to the Customer o Overseeing the customer happiness portfolio along with sales, recruitment, performance management, facility management and general administration o
Complying with all processes and procedures in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations o Conducting un-planned branch visits to complete the branch inspections o Guarantee all tasks are completed within the deadline o Actively participate in all internal or external training courses, workshops and meetings as required
