General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a strategy for bringing growth to the company’s existing business along with leading and maintaining the current revenue

• Responsible to manage team of Senior Leadership comprising of functions heads of operations, marketing finance, supply chain, human resources, IT & compliance and will report to the Board (Shareholders)

• Work closely with key external stake holders – Mall Management/landlords/ regulators/ vendors and auditors to ensure the smooth functioning of the business

• Oversee activities or daily restaurant operations through the Operations Head to secure target achievements

• Identify new locations/ revisit of existing stores potential to ensure topline growth
