• To ensure projects follow best industry practice and compliance with business processes and the Serco Management System
• Document preparation for meetings and assist with collation of management reports where necessary.

• To plan projects in a structured manner and ensure the end to end project lifecycle is fully managed

• To design, plan and execute high quality transitions/mobilisations on individual opportunities across our sectors. The opportunities will range in size and complexity.

• To prepare and deliver essential bid documentation relevant to the transition and mobilisation components including; mobilisation approach, dependencies, risk / issues / opportunities register, action log, team information
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Working with the bid team to create, implement and manage a transition project plan and strategy as a core component of a winning bid
