• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
• Support monthly closing and planning activities
• Support with the financial analysis on variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
