Warranty Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage all warranty claims and processes, including verifying eligibility, reviewing documentation, and approving claims.
• Collaborate with various departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to warranties.
• Develop and maintain a database of warranty information and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with warranty claims.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient handling of claims.
• Research and stay updated on industry warranty standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve warranty processes and increase customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding warranty coverage and claims.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration or a similar role.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately.
• Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Working knowledge of warranty regulations and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases.
