Position Summary: The General Manager is responsible for managing his/her team from recruiting to separation and management of all Company policies and customer relationship for the facility he/she manages whilst reaching production goals specified by his/her superiors.
Job Duties:

Provide leadership to their site with employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, development, and improvement of working relationships (i.e. pre-shift meetings, monthly safety meetings, employee appreciation team meals etc…)

Oversee the submission of data to home office for customer billing via site administrator
.
Responsible for approving purchasing invoices via Company’s online portal
.
Responsible for approving customer invoices
.
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees to keep up with production goals
