About the Role: Join our team as a VIP InRoom Dining Specialist in a prestigious resort in the heart of Abu Dhabi. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our VIP guests enjoy seamless and personalized inroom dining experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Warmly welcoming guests and taking their inroom dining orders via phone with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.
* Demonstrating indepth knowledge of our extensive food and beverage menu offering personalized recommendations and catering to specific dietary needs.
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently through our pointofsale system.
* Coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery of orders to the VIP villas.
* Maintaining clear communication with guests and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Experience food and beverage service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
* Excellent listening and comprehension skills to ensure accurate order processing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
* Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written).
* A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
