- Role will be Responsible to ensure thathighest standards of health, hygiene .
- Safetyare maintained in his operation and to liaise closely with theCompany’s Group Environmental Health Officer on thesematters.
- To manage the overall financial andoperational performance of his respective area of responsibility asper the guidelines given by the Sector General Managers
- To ensure strict confidentiality of all Company financialinformation regardless of its nature.
- Tocompile, and submit to H.O, monthly reports on all aspects of hisoperation that should highlight any problems encountered andactions taken to remedy them.
- This reportshould cover purchasing, personnel, food costs, maintenance, Clientcommunications, special functions / events, recreational activities,additional works / revenue.
- Fully responsibleand accountable for HSE Policy and Procedures, which are inplace.
