- Coordinate with concerned departments providing excellent guest service and experience.
- Attend to all in house guest requests promptly and followed through action by the department concerned.
- Provide assistance on Lost and Found inquiries liaising with Security Department.
- Maintain database and be knowledgeable with current and upcoming hotel events, conferences, promotions, latest the local news or major events in the city.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as needed by the Department.
- Create, modify or cancel reservations, checking all details thoroughly.
- Handle email, telephone and online inquiries
