Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a Tele-Sales/Telemarketing Executive with proven experience in the corporate sales and willing to work on target

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3,000- 4,000 + Commission

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3years of UAE experience in tele-sales
• Experience in printing equipment industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English
• UAE Driver’s license is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Generate new business opportunities
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Willingness to work under pressure
• Willing ness to work on target basis
