Technical Writer

Responsibilities • Work with subject matter experts to create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate technical information to various audiences. • Use excellent presentation design skills to create visually appealing and effective presentations that communicate complex technical concepts. • Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and style guides. • Create and maintain templates, style guides, and other documentation tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in documentation creation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback on technical documentation.
