We are actively seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst with expertise in the Cards domain (Debit Credit Prepaid) to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within a banking environment. This role demands a deep understanding of cardrelated processes focusing on technical intricacies and optimization for digitalization automation and overall enhancement of operational efficiency and customer experience in card services.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management and Business Analysis: Lead complex projects in the Cards domain overseeing the technical aspects of process design and reengineering for digital transformation ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Enterprise Design Thinking: Apply enterprise design thinking methodologies to innovate and enhance technical processes specific to Cards.

• Technical Process Analysis and Modeling: Conduct indepth technical analysis of cardrelated processes and create detailed models representing current and future states from a technical standpoint.
• Technical Documentation and Risk Assessment: Meticulously document technical processes and conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and ensure compliance with technical standards.
