Techncial Architect

A leading architectural design firm based in Dubai are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a design studio or consultancy setting is essential as they value a holistic understanding of the design process.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborative Design: Develop innovative solutions aligned with project goals collaborating seamlessly with teams.
• Project Management: Own project deliverables timelines and budgets coordinating stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards through thorough reviews addressing technical challenges proactively.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a technical point of contact presenting proposals and reports professionally addressing client feedback.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on technical aspects.
2. At least 2 years of experience working in Dubai with a solid understanding of local regulations and construction practices.
3. Experience working for a design studio or consultancy preferably with exposure to a variety of project types and scales.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant software with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
6. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
7. Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Dubai is highly desirable.
