- Perform day-to-day operation of T&C Department
- Prioritize all telephone calls and in-person visitors, scheduling appointments as required
- Maintain confidentiality for all T&C department interaction starting with documentation system, policies, standards, regulations and various matters related to the department
- Assist and support in talents activities and events
- Manage monthly talent birthdays activities as per hotel policies
- Prepare all new joiners documentation (registrations and requests)
- Assure that employees records are kept and maintained as per hotel policies and government rules and regulations
- Prepare monthly training activities
- Follow-up with concerned HODs for OJT activities
- Make sure that training activities are implemented as per ACCOR standards
