Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Our client is looking to hire aSr. Manager who will be responsible for handling all the Reclamation and Marine Works through Contractors.
- Understand/develop/control all facets of contract formation, negotiation and management
- Provide technical guidance and oversight of the procurement functions to all levels of staff
- Strategize with consultants, contractors and suppliers Perform risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements
- Prepare procurement reports for the project management
- Provide guidance on procurement corporate governance connection with HQ
- Support PMC / Engineer procurement and commercial team

Requirements
- University Degree preferred or QS
- Minimum 5 years total in GCC preferred.
- Total 15 years work experience.
- Minimum 5 years total in GCC preferred.
- Total 15 years work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Reclamation and Marine works
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must work extremely well under pressure.
