Software Asset Management and ITSM Engineer

1. Daily review of ITSM and Asset management tool
2. Inventory management and review
3. Savings review for SAM tool
4. Review of product integrations
5. Report management and verification
6. Support to end users of the tool
7. Health check and software review updates
8. ELP Reporting and Compliance Review

Requirements

1. Knowledge of ITSM tools
2. Knowledge of Asset Management
3. Ability to communicate with clients through phone and email
4. Ability to coordinate with teams internally and externally
5. Previous support service experience
6. Familiar with ISO/IEC 19770-1:2012
7. good understanding of Software Licenses
8. Experience with large enterprises network and It Environment
9. ability to communicate with multiple departments within an organizations
10. Fluent in English, Arabic is advantage
11. Candidate should be Based in Kuwait City
