Urgent requirement of The Senior Engineer (L2) - Perm/ Contract - Sydney
Requirements
- Experience in Administer, maintain and support of a large complex Windows, Active Directory, IIS, multi-platform Virtualization environment that includes Multiple clusters, UCSB and C class, HP Blade, Dell servers
- Hands on experience of configuring Cisco UCS and HP Blade matrix in a large production setup is must
- Must have good knowledge in Harden operating system parameters in line with client / Dimension Data security policy, standards or best practices
- Ensure all services are delivered as per agreed SLAs/OLAs, quality and scope
- Working Knowledge of Exchange server, Software, service pack installation, troubleshoot various server related issues, troubleshoot NDRs, tracking emails etc
- Knowledge of Power shell and scripting to run and understand scripts to modify and add for message tracking and other administrative functions
- Proven knowledge on O365, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, Troubleshooting and Configuration of O365, Exchange and Active Directory
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, VMWare, Hardware and Networks and tools utilized for system management, problem reporting, change management and support tools
- Must have knowledge in technical troubleshooting, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sound knowledge of Email client like Microsoft Outlook and OWA
- Very Good Communication Skills
Duration: Permanent / 6 Months and possible extension
