- Shape and drive strategic innovation projects end-to-end - from initial discovery to implementation and operational rollout of final solutions
- Help define and refine Superside’s portfolio of services and offering to customers
- Assess emerging business opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Bring new innovative ideas to the table to drive world-class customer experience and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and teams at Superside to deliver on strategic targets
- Work closely with relevant Superside teams to implement new processes and operational improvements to deliver on strategic projects
- As a service designer you will also:
- Drive the design thinking process from insights to ideas to final concepts - balancing customer and business impact
- Define and implement design criteria for solutions and new concepts
- Apply user-centered design methodologies and own end-to-end user research process - from preparation to execution and synthesis of insights
- Design artifacts to synthesize insights and support decision making, e.g. customer journey mapping, service blueprints and personas
