Senior Systems Network Engineer

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent in one of the following majoring Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Network orSecurity Engineering

Qualification/ Certification: CCIE (Routing & Switching), Voice certification will be value add.

Minimum 10 years experience working in an complexed IT networks environment with hands on experience in NetworkEngineering

10 years experience in designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise level IP networks that includesupport of a heterogeneous distributed desktop computing environment required.

Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation.

Network capacity planning, network security principles.

Expert knowledge of core routing and switching design principles, best practices, and related technologies.

Experience in implementing and managing voice over IP (VoIP) systems desired.

Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including routers,switches (layer 2/3), firewalls, remote access, DNS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS, DSL, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet.

Design, Deploy & manager network security components like F5 WAF, Load balancers, Pulse Secure VPN, Palo Alto/Fortinet/Cisco Firewalls, Aruba NAC, Aruba Wireless Controllers, Trend Micro Endpoint security & Email Gateway etc. Manage the data center which includes experience in setting up a datacenter from scratch, setting up Panduit racks, co-locating the datacenter to new location, patching, cabling, monitoring the datacentre health & elements like power/cooling/humidity etc.
