Silverback Staffing is on the lookout for a skilled Electrical QA Lead with experience in a QA lead role to join a collaborative company in Skelleftea, Sweden. This contract role comes with an attractive salary of up to £60k pa.

As an Electrical QA Lead, you will review, audit, and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures and liaise with the Auditing team. You will also coordinate the establishment, implementation and, maintenance of the project inspection and test programs and associated witness point(s) time schedules on a system-by-system basis.
To give you an idea of how this QA Lead role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Coordinate the resolution of all matters pertaining to Quality at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels
• Coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client on a system-by-system basis
• Promote good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities
• Implement a structured approach towards systems handover/project completion

To apply for this Quality Manager role, you will need an engineering or trade qualification in an electrical discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a QA lead role. You will also require the following:

• Experience managing construction teams
• Recent experience working on large-scale industrial projects
• Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
• Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; MS Office 365, Power BI, and SharePoint would also be advantageous
