Reporting into the Head of HR you will work alongside another Recruiter to fill the vacancies they have within the MENA region. This will initially be a 6 month contract with the view to be permanent.
- Advertise vacancies internally & externally.
- Identify potential candidates by screening resumes.
- Conduct first stage interviews with potential candidates to screen against the job descriptions of the role.
- Shortlist candidates to line managers for next stage of the interview process.
- Develop sourcing strategies for identifying new talent within the market.
- Liaise with managers and candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Organise travel and hotel bookings for candidates who are travelling for face to face interviews from abroad.
- Put together offer letters and submit to candidates.
- Be involved in the on-boarding process for new starters.
- Have at least 3 years of experience either in-house or within an agency.
- Regional experience is required.
- Experience managing a large number of vacancies at a time.
- Experience working on positions at all levels.
- Team player.

- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Arabic speakers will be prioritised.
