الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in preparation and delivery of Schematic design, Detailed design and Tender design preparation and documentation
• Adhere to client’s design budget throughout all design stages
• Assess and coordinate MEP design loads pertaining to water supply, drainage, lighting and irrigation requirements
• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Assist in the preparation and review of RFPs
• Assist in preparing technical proposals for designated project bids
• Good knowledge of local materials and availability, regional construction technology and standards of practice
• Lead design and technical presentations to client and stakeholders
• Lead internal discipline coordination meetings
