As a Senior Implementation Manager you will report to the Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Performance. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation of various projects and initiatives within the organization.
Within this role you will need to coordinate with clients partners and internal departments. You will be the goto person for everything related to project planning resources coordination timeframes progress reporting risk management and budget.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the implementation of new facilities management systems and tools to drive operational efficiency and costeffectiveness
- Manage and organize personnel and processes to ensure project completion on schedule
- Provide guidance support and foster positive relationships with clients and team members
- Conduct postimplementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and gather feedback
- Identify areas for improvement in future projects
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related discipline
- Strong expertise in project management with proven experience in leading successful implementation
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
- Proactive and resultoriented approach to project delivery
