Senior Document Control Specialist

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational and experience requirements include: Must possess a four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control and 3 years of experience in using ProCore. Must have experience in executing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contracts.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creating and maintaining projects in ProCore and on internal servers

1. Define and enforce standards for document control and for project specific needs

1. Prepare training materials and provide training to all users, as needed

1. Define processes for managing, approving, and auditing access to project documents

1. Support bid efforts utilizing ProCore or by other means

1. Act as primary point of contact for document control needs and work with administrative support resources, as necessary

1. Attend meetings with customers, vendors, contractors, etc. to discuss document control requirements, updates, issues and concerns, etc...

1. Coordinate with team members to ensure their needs are met within the defined standards
