Senior Director of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the daily operations of clinics in assigned division.
• Is the liaison between administrative services and assigned division's clinics; and implements and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and policies.
• Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years operations management experience in a healthcare corporation with multiple sites is required.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical records management is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License for travel to clinics.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Oversee and monitor the operations activities of multiple clinical practice sites in assigned division. Ensures adherence to the Company’s Compliance Plan by all employees.
• Direct and evaluates the performance of the office managers of assigned division.
• Develop and deliver training for assigned division office managers. Overall, is responsible for training for all areas that report to this position (front office, lab and nursing.)
• Evaluate staffing levels and recommend adjustments to VP of Operations based on patient load.
• Implement new policies, procedures, and special projects in clinic sites through the assigned division office managers.
• Evaluate equipment needs for clinics and makes recommendations to VP of Operations.
