Senior Content Strategist

Required Skills

.

Deep understanding of digital best practices and a passion for emerging trends including GenAI – bonus points for looking at these emerging technologies though a content creation and management lens

.

Familiarity with the latest models, their strengths and weaknesses from a content POV, and how to work with (or around) them

.

Experience working in enterprise-level content management systems (Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) and information architectures required of such systems

.

Understanding of content-as-data principles and principles of content reuse

.

Previous agency experience a plus, but internal consulting experience will be considered

.

Background in user experience, digital publishing, researching, writing and strategy planning

.

7+ years of Marketing/Communications experience in a digital-first company or agency

.

Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences

.

Ability to segment, organize and architect large content libraries

.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

.

Ability to communicate complex or demanding subject matter clearly and concisely, either verbally or in written form

.

Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a production team
