Senior Accountant

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Calculate actual cost per flight including ground handling, permits, fuel, parking etc.
  
• Create monthly financial statements including SOA for all clients with high volume transactions.
  
• Liaise with Sales Manager to follow-up pending client payments
  
• Resolve queries and disputes related to all invoices and bills
  
• Manage the day-to-day operational budget for charter & scheduled flight operations.
  
• Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases.
  
• Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes.
  
• Perform routine calculations to produce analyses, reporting, budget, and forecasts
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from top university
  
• Finance Certified, Qualified Accountant (ex CPA, CFA, CFP etc )
  
• 3+ years general experience as Financial Controller, Financial Planning, Accounting or relevant role, including 2+ years of aviation industry experience
  
• Proficient in Financial Reporting
  

• Experience in Financial Management and/or Accounting
  
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access
