Overview:
We are looking for Arabic Speaker only.

Role Purpose

Provide strategic direction accountability & vision for designated Core42 clientsplanning budgets managing projects setting goals identifying additional business opportunities and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

The Opportunity

Core42 is the UAEs nationalscale enabler for cloud and generative AI combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist we bring generative AI cybersecurity professional and managed services expertise to enable nationalscale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities:

Day to Day Operations

  • Manage all aspects of client business providing exceptional client service while maximizing profitability by identifying opportunities to upsell and crosssell Core42s range of Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted revenues.
  • Maximize penetration of Core42s solutions and product offerings among large existing clients as well as new prospects.
  • Design short and longterm growth strategies as well as prepare execution plans to achieve & surpass targets.
  • Build and sustain longterm client relationships by understanding their business needs strategies and vision and recommending relevant digital transformation solutions.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Bring consulting skills and capabilities to the table by advising internal resources on presale sale and delivery strategies & tactics.
  • Assist vertical leads in identifying clients and departments that require change management to adapt to new technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to expected performance levels and proactively identify new requirements for all key clients.
  • Manage account profitability and monitor performance targets by proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Support key clients in their Digital Transformation journey by becoming their trusted partner.
  • Monitor customer NPS generate customer insights and develop strategies to promote customer advocacy.
  • Win and close key Digital Transformation projects within each designated account while achieving significant overall growth across the client portfolio.

Budgets and Plans


  • Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance so that the business is aware of cost and revenue forecasts areas of underperformance and opportunities for improvement

Strategy /Tactical

  • Be involved in short and longrange growth strategies preparing execution plans to achieve targets.
Operational Excellence
  • Monitor and apply market research as well as industry best practices and emerging trends that can be applied to Core42.
People Development
  • Provide coaching to team members and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of collaboration.
  • Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy
Continuous Improvement
  • Motivate ones team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives programs & projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies Processes & Procedures
  • Recommend improvements and contribute to the implementation of procedures & controls so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering the highest quality of service to customers.
MIS & Reports
  • Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet the departments and Core42s requirements policies and standards.
Related Assignments
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications:

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Social Science Business Management or equivalent
  • Experience with related advisory services management or technical consultancy
  • ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred
  • Must have experience in Banking Insurance Vertical and clear understanding of BFSI Industry

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 10 years of experience in a client servicing or partner relationship role

Ideally youll also have

  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation Smart Cities / Nations Cloud and Cyber Security
  • Understanding of partnership processes & industry best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative thinking skills
