- Participate in setting a strategic plan with various techniques for developing the internal workflow and procedures internally and meeting the long and short terms sales targets.
- Set SMART objectives for the wooden division in line with the departmental goals to raise productivity and lead the team to expand the customer base and exceed individual targets.
- Conduct an analysis of the sales achievement and retention rates to identify the gaps areas and provide the best practices for raising the sales revenues and profits.
- Identify the customers’ needs and budget for preparing the shop drawings and appropriate designs and drive the operations to submit the highest quality for them.
