Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Office Manager;
- Experience with office equipment and excellent understanding of office management procedures;
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel;
- Fluent in English;
- Organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and work independently and self-sufficiently.
About the position:
- Coordinate facility maintenance activities in the office, resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues;
- Welcome and accommodate visitors in the office, coordinate appointments and meetings;
- Arrange and support business travel - booking flights and accommodation, handling registrations, etc.;
- Deal with vendors and couriers, order supplies and maintain stock levels of office inventory;
- Handle the internal and external communication via phone, chat, email, etc.;
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, team activities, celebration initiatives.
