Since 2003, my client has introduced institutions, high net worth individuals and sophisticated investors to secured, asset backed fixed income concepts. They offer their clients access to an unparalleled network of fixed income loan notes.

My client has almost two decades of experience in raising capital worldwide. They have an established distribution network that spans both the institutional and retail space. They are now looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Executive to support their Business Development team in Dubai.

Their Investor Network is extensive and made up of:

* Family offices
* Private banks
* Asset managers
* Wealth management boutiques
* Funds of Funds
* Insurance companies
* Pension and retirement plans
* Foundations and endowments
* Sovereign wealth funds
* Consultants and other types of institutional investors
* Financial advisor networks across UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America

The team is looking to expand with a junior (lead follow up from our various marketing campaigns) and possibly a more senior to close deals and hold their own in meetings.

Responsibilities:

* Generate Sales of Products (including list products) to meet agreed monthly, quarterly and annual targets per customer
* Calling on existing Clients
* Sales Administration including maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
* Responsible for developing existing and sourcing and developing new client relationships and referrals through telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
* Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
* Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
* Planning and forecasting customer requirements per product.

Requirements:

* 3 5 years sales experience
* At least 1 2 years experience in trading (commodities)
* Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
* Market Analysis skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Telephone Client negotiation
* Structured and Admin orientated
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Strong prospecting and qualifying skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills. (be able to write professionally)
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
* Strong business acumen
* Strong figure orientation
* Good telephone skill and manner
* Corporate (well groomed) image
* Reliability and accountability
* Ability to succeed in a results driven environment.
* Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
* Willingness to travel nationally to meet call cycle targets
