- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the gaming industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance their performance and maximize results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential customers and nurturing existing relationships.
- Close enterprise-level deals with game studios and publishers, negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and market trends.
