Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices always.
  
• Rope Access Operations: Perform rope access tasks efficiently and safely according to IRATA standards.
  
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in rope access techniques and equipment handling.
  
• Inspections: Conduct inspections and assessments as required adhering to industry standards and procedures.
  
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks as necessary.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work activities including reports and inspection documentation.
  
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish project objectives.
  
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding project requirements progress and any concerns.
  
• ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during rope access operations.
  
• Training: Provide training and mentorship to junior rope access technicians as needed.
  

Requirements

• IRATA Certification: Must hold a valid IRATA Level 3 certification.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated competence in rope access techniques and equipment usage.
  
• Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  
• ProblemSolving: Ability to assess quickly and address technical challenges encountered during operations.
  
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with team members and clients.
